How was this site started
I created this site to help those who are keen to develop themselves. Since I started my career in Japan then the UK, I have met a lot of researchers and students who got stuck in writing and carrying out research, some of them were not sure how they should develop their career. I felt that what they need is to have a proper personal development plan and execute it with discipline.
The pandemic since 2019 made me realise the power of online learning and teaching, I decided to set up this site and have a plan to create online teaching materials to help those people who need. This is in the hope that we can create a better world.
