LITERATURE REVIEW

This course covers the topic of literature review, which is the foundation of any research. A literature review can be used to (1) understand the progress of a specific research area; (2) identify knowledge gaps; (3) develop research questions; and (4) provide guidance on research activities.

Throughout the course, we will discuss two different types of literature reviews: narrative literature reviews and conceptual reviews. We will also introduce more conventional and systematic approaches to literature review, including the use of codes.

The course content is designed to be suitable for undergraduate/postgraduate studies and research activities.
